Robert Wiemer, Jr., an educational services specialist, has joined the company as vice president of the Learning Institute at QHR (LIQ). In his new role, Wiemer will oversee LIQ's day-to-day operations, develop and implement a strategic plan for the business unit, develop new business and product lines, and create and execute initiatives that will advance LIQ's market position and brand.

Bob holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University.
