The Chef One Dumpling Eating Record Challenge Round will take place during the 15th Annual Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in New York on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at 11:45am. There will be prizes and giveaways at Meadow Lake, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, NY at the Twin Marquis Food Group Booth. The Challenge Round is limited to the first 12 men and 12 women. Registration Deadline: 11 AM, 8/14/2005.

Some may qualify for the 2nd Annual Dumpling Eating Contest (which will be held in January, 2006, during New York's Chinese Lunar New Year Celebration).
