Ernest L. Weiss, a respected litigator with over 22 years of experience, has joined the Klinedinst Santa Ana offices. He has also litigated governmental entity and commercial transportation cases, including high exposure personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.

Ernest has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his legal ability and ethical standards. A graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of Pacific, Weiss graduated with his J. D. in 1983. He was admitted to the California Bar that same year. Before that, he received his B. S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
